If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, simply email us and provide your order number within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & MIS-SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide in the email:
- Photos of the damaged or wrong item
- Your order number
- Include any other details you may have about your order
