WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Once we receive your order, please allow 4-5 business days for processing after which it's shipped and a tracking number is provided.
We utilize multiple fulfillment centers within and outside of the United States. The shipping time depends on your location but estimated time can be 18-28 days. A shipping time frame is also located on each product's page.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us an email at email@example.com.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER.
If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. To receive future email notifications, please open the email and select "not spam/junk". If you cannot find it in you spam or junk folder, please send us an email.
SHIPMENT TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Search your surrounding area and stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us with your order number.
I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered was incorrect or arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 7 days with:
- Photos of the damaged or wrong item
- Your order number
- Include any other details you may have about your order
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, simply email us and provide your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
